Today we celebrate 18 years! 18 years, y’all! Goosh… it seems like just yesterday and forever at the same time that we said “I do!” 
While we have been through many beautiful times together, filled with joy and blessings; we have also grown so much, learning more about each other, about ourselves, and about the precious gift God offers us in marriage. 
Being a mother has changed me in so many ways, but especially as a wife. I am humbled and honored to be married to this man.  A man that takes me as I am, choosing to see my best, even during this crazy life we find ourselves in – the season of raising toddlers and teens. 
Some days it’s hard to be on the same page, some days our communication is broken up in spurts of frustrating interruptions, some days we’re too tired to put forth any energy for one another.
But, even still our love story is my absolute favorite and I consider myself way too lucky to be married to this guy.
So, while we may both fall short and fail from time, my prayer is that God grant us many more years together. 
And who knows… while I totally love living this crazy life now, maybe one day we will find ourselves swinging on a porch swing, looking at the scenery of majestic mountains, and find comfort in the peace of that moment. 20 years ago … we were just 2 young’uns, who just ‘thought’ we had life by the tail.  In 20 short years, we have experienced the good, the bad, the ugly, and some of the most greatest times of life, together and some of the hardest, together.  
And today, after 20 years, we now know only a few things for certain … there is One, Living God and even before we ‘knew’ Him, He put us together.  We found out He loves us as He saved us together.  He gave us 2 of our greatest miracles. And God has called us to serve Him (together)… by His daily grace and mercy.  We have come to realize Life is All about Jesus and has absolutely nothing to do with us.
